Before asking yourself what key actions need to be taken, there are three main categories to pay attention to, within which we ask questions:

Production: These are actions related to the creation and offering of a product or service in your business.

Problem Solving: These are actions taken to solve customer problems and meet their needs.

Platform/Network: These are actions related to maintaining and developing interactions with customers and partners.

4 questions to determine the key actions of the CANVAS model

  • What? This question relates to the value proposition of your business, i.e., what your product or service offers to the customer.For our value proposition to work correctly, what actions must we take?To make our value proposition effective, we need to take the following actions: develop and implement a content marketing strategy, as well as provide a wide range of digital marketing services to meet the various needs of our clients.
  • For whom? This question relates to who your customers are, how you segment them, and through which channels you interact with them.Which distribution channels do we need to develop?We should actively develop the following distribution channels: Instagram to attract audience attention and update information, Facebook and LinkedIn to create business connections and promote our product or service in the B2B environment, as well as maintaining our own blog to share useful information and attract the target audience.
  • How much? This is about the financial side of your enterprise, including cost structure and revenue sources.What actions will be used in customer relations?In customer relations, we prioritize a personalized approach. Our goal is to meet the unique needs of each client and offer them the most suitable solution. Additionally, we strive to create and maintain an active and engaged community that will help us improve our products and services based on customer feedback and suggestions.
  • How? This question concerns the key actions required to achieve your business goals, as well as key partnerships and resources necessary to sustain your business.What actions relate to revenue sources?As the main revenue sources, we consider the following areas: content marketing, which helps us attract and retain customers, and the provision of digital marketing services, which allow us to offer clients comprehensive solutions to their business challenges.
