Navigating new horizons: A Russian Product Manager reinvents his career in Spain
In summary, what am I doing here?
Now my home is Spain, I can't go back to Russia. In Russia, lately I've been dedicated to two things: product management and coaching. I worked as a product manager at the multimedia company "Red Square". I found clients for coaching through my self-development project, the "Not Now School" Not Now School. When the war started, I expressed my position, and many followers unsubscribed. With the start of the war, I stopped writing there, and the rest of the followers also began to slowly unsubscribe. I had excellent metrics for a small personal project.
After a long break from work, I am looking for a junior product manager or junior data analyst position and am taking a course in data analysis. I have broad knowledge in product management using Notion, so I plan to refresh my skills by writing articles on this topic. These articles will be useful for entrepreneurs and influencers who want to create their own products, as well as for marketers and startups.
I also want to continue writing articles that support self-development, specifically focusing on the development of soft skills. My coaching style in these articles is to suggest non-intrusive techniques or describe processes without being categorical. I avoid advice like, "if you drink coffee at home, you will save a lot of money in a year, and in 10 years it will become an incredibly large sum."
I am not sure what will come next or where this will take me, but at this moment I see this product as the only way for my business. Even if I were lying in the hospital with broken legs, arms, and coccyx, I would need to keep my mind occupied and get my blog going so that it will be easier to continue later. If you are interested in these topics and want to follow my successes or failures, please support me by subscribing to my blog.
