What is a sale? It's not pushing products, not forcing, and not just chasing profits or deception. Yes, some resort to unethical sales methods with manipulation and deception, but we choose a different path.
4 Components of Sales
A sale is an exchange of value that you have for a customer's money who wants to receive that value. It's a mutually beneficial process in which we offer our target audience a solution to their problem or satisfaction of their need for a certain amount.
In this series of articles, we'll divide sales into four parts:
- Product
- Target Audience
- Advertising Message
- Sales Channel
Or, more simply, answers to the questions: what are we selling, who are we selling to, and how are we selling? Let's look at an example.
